My idea for this project is based on a piano piece my sister composed, Swirling Sky. While it draws from the title and the song itself, it is also a deconstruction of what the title means, as my sister claims it to "just fit."

The animation I have in mind will consist of three somewhat different narratives that will be shown throughout the video that come together to create a single composition at the end. The characters and the timeline of the animation aren't yet set in stone, but I will definitely be using my sister's composition in my short film. I plan on animating carefully to fit the beats of the music, but I will by no means let this restrict what I am able to make.
